Order a basic coffee politely, ask about milk and sugar, and pay by card using home immersion labels.

Daily practice
Day 1
Label the coffee station
Place QR labels on the coffee maker, cup or mug, milk, sugar, and spoon. Scan each label and say the French term out loud twice. Make coffee while naming each object in French.
Day 2
Order the basics
Practice PHR-000001 and PHR-000002 while standing at the coffee maker. Say each phrase slowly, then at a natural pace. Swap roles: one person is barista, one is customer.
Day 3
Preferences
Practice without sugar and oat milk (PHR-000003, PHR-000004). Point at milk and sugar as you speak. Add for here / to go (PHR-000005, PHR-000006).
Day 4
Ask and listen
Practice What do you recommend? (PHR-000007). Partner answers with a simple coffee suggestion in French or English. Reply with your order using PHR-000001 or PHR-000002.
Day 5
Pay the bill
Practice How much is it?, Can I pay by card?, and the bill (PHR-000008–010). Act out payment at the kitchen table. End with Thank you (PHR-000011).
Day 6
Full dialogue
Open DLG-000001 and read the full Coffee Shop dialogue. Run it twice: once with French visible, once covering English. Close with Have a good day (PHR-000012).
Day 7
Real-world rehearsal
Walk the full order from greeting to goodbye without looking at English. Scan three random kitchen labels and name them. Note any phrases that still feel sticky for next week.
